Comments: i worked as a deckhand in 1970 my step dad was capt samuel truett anderson I also remember relief capt tracy the cook was called lilly bell captain sam is still living in nursing home in orange tx i cant wait to show him pictures he is around 84
Comments: My dad Tracy D. Hanes was tug master of the tug Forney in the 70's. Thanks for sharing the pix. We used to follow him around the state of Michigan with the dredge Tomkins during the summer while he worked.

The Maverick towboat sank about 12:30 a.m. on Thursday at mile marker 105.
