Comments: I worked on the Yetta Alter in the late 70s. Its a shame that there are no pictures of the Ole girl on here.
Comments: Have been on the River Explorer since August of last year and lived aboard the Miss Nari till April of this year. Personally started and tested just about everything on both barges and the Nari. Ran the EMDS', ran the emergency gen sets, ran the elevators, dumb waiter..etc..etc. She is up for sale again, if you reaad this contact me and I can give you the details. She is still in pretty good shape. Had her fire system inspected 2 months ago, her electronics, have dry docking quotes. I would like to use some of the history you have compiled on her in an ad, would that be possible?

Comments: Am a landlubber and have been following Great Lakes shipping for many years. When recently visiting daughter and family near Memphis, got to see the mighty Mississippi with its towboat and barge activity. Was a real treat! Many thanks for your neat website. Age is 78
