Just saw the " James K Ellis" pass by this morning. She looks impressive with her deck light aglow. Her Captain and crew has pride in her appearance.

I was employed by Norman Brothers from 1973-77 right out of high school and decked on almost all of their boats including the "Normania" My favorite boat was the "illini" It was nice to see these photo's so many years later.

I really enjoyed looking at the picture of the Howard Evans. Howard is my daddy, he passed away 3 years ago. I also would love to hear stories about him, if anyone rode with him. Thanks

Was a towboat cook for MEMCO for 12 years on the m/v Carol Ann Parsonage. Just noticed my Captain got a boat named after him. Way to go Capt. Ron!
