Glad to see photo of the Clyde Bucher I was on the maiden voyage.Had a big barge wreck on the way down. Still have zippo lighter with ACBL logo marking the christening Where can I get large photo of the Bucher

I was wondering if anyone out there can remember the name of a book you could pick up at the boat stores on the lower mississippi river the book was about the history of how the lights and bends got there names and it had cairo il to new orleans laif anyones knows the name of this book and the IBSN number please email it to me thank you

As a mostly coastal boater, sail and power, since childhood, did a few Erie Canal, Hudson River, St. Lawrence River and Great Lakes trips plus many Intracoastal trips NJ to FL, captained yachts and small workboats, so it is very intriguing to find your site and cruise the inland rivers vicariously as I wait for spring and the return of our boating season in the northeast
