Originally Delta Diamond 9, owned by
Dowell Schlumpberger, Houma, LA.
Sold to Western Towing Co., Channelview, TX,
renamed Roan 11/1994.
Transferred to Kirby Inland Marine LP, Houston, TX 2/2004.
