Firm was acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation LLC, Golden Meadow, LA 2013. Renamed Crosby Skipper 2013. Acquired by Kirby Offshore Marine Pacific LLC, Houston, TX, renamed Denali 2016. Outfitted with a JAK-400 coupler system, towing equipment removed, and fitted with an upper wheelhouse 2016.
