Chartered, renamed Diane Dean 2/1976, then sold to Dean Towing, Inc., Bay St. Louis, MS 9/1978. Rebuilt 1981 Firm name changed to E & S Towing, Inc., Bay St. Louis, MS 1986. Sold to Dooh Towing Co., Inc., Marrero, LA, renamed Easy Street 1990. Renamed Caitlin 12/2005 Sold to Belle Chasse Dry Dock LLC, Belle Chasse, LA 2015.
