Alco 12-251E diesels, repowered 1981, 4200 hp. Haley reduction gears, 3.3:1. Originally Miss Lou, conventional pilothouse, owned by Miss Lou Towing Service, Mobile, AL. Sold to Universal Marine Service, New Orleans, LA 1963, renamed Paulette Jones 1967. Burned, sold to Wasson Towing Co., Greenville, MS 9/1967; rebuilt by Mississippi Marine Corp., Greenville, MS, renamed Del Rio 1968. Sold to Mainstream Investment Corp., Greenville, MS, leased to Trotter Towing Corp. 11/1974. Burned near Memphis, TN 7/1977; sold to Trotter Towing Corp., Greenville, MS, rebuilt and renamed Shenandoah 1981. Note: Apparently during either the 1968 or 1981 rebuild, boat was converted to a retractable pilotouse. Burned at LMR Mile 714 9/1983. Rebuilt by Janoush Marine, Inc., Rosedale, MS 1990. Sold to Jantran, Inc., Rosedale, MS, renamed Arkansas 1990.
